Jack at 4 Months

So yesterday Jack was officially four months old. He weighs 16.9lbs (75th percentile) and 24 inches in height (8th percentile). The doctor said he's doing great and may be an early crawler since he was trying to crawl on the exam table. If he could support his weight with his arms he'd be there already. The doctor also said that he should even out in weight and height in the next few months so I shouldn't worry. I told him that's ok...I like my men short and fat!!!

Beach Day!

These pictures are from our last trip to the beach. Abby, Layne and Travin are playing ring around the rosie. How cute are they!!! Jack enjoyed his time under the umbrella. And Yes, Abby and Travin have the same bathing-suit on. They thought it was so neat that they have the same one.

Dan & James Fishing

Dan and James went on their first overnight trip in the boat to Catalina. James caught a Calico Bass and a bird! He got to eat gummy bears for breakfast too. They had a great time and James thought it was really cool to show his friends his fish when they got back.

I'm a big girl Mommy!

Abby has been using the potty now for about a month. I finally got some pictures of her in her big girl panties. After she's done she is so proud of herself and says "I'm a big girl Mommy"! 

Jack & June

These are some great pictures that my friend Jillonnie took. I have known Jillonnie since kindergarden! June is Jillonnie and Jacob's third child. She and Jack are nine days apart although their due dates were only one day apart (no, we didn't plan it). Jack seems to really like June don't you think? Look how happy he is next to her!

It's so HOT!!!

Back in the middle of June it was so hot one day. We had our air conditioning on, plus fans and we were still hot. The only way Jack seemed comfortable was on his changing table pad. I put him right on the kitchen table because that's the coolest spot with the AC vent and fan right on him. He was in heaven. We ate our dinner with him as our centerpiece!

So Tired!

Jack was sitting on the counter one day in his bumboo watching me unload the dishwasher. Next thing I know he's asleep. I thought he looked really cute asleep in his Angels onsie with his baseball!

Angels game

We went to the Angels game back in June. This was Jack's first game at only five weeks old! We had second row seats behind the visitors dugout. James got a ball from the game. Needless to say he thought that was pretty awesome. 

Jack and Lilah

Jack and Lilah (my friend Jody's baby) were born only two days apart. These pictures were taken a while ago, because now Jack is huge in comparison to Lilah. Aren't they cute?

The Kids

James' first day of school

Today was James' first day of school. He's in second grade now! Time really does fly by fast.

Jenny's Wedding

My sister Jenny got married on July 12, 2008. I was the Matron of Honor, James was the ring bearer and Abby was the flower girl. We had a great time. Thank goodness for our friends Scott and Alicia who watched Jack for us, we couldn't have done it without them!

Jack rolled over!

Today Jack rolled over from his back to his stomach for the first time. I missed it the first time, so I put him on his back again and actually saw him do it! He's been so close for a while now, I guess today it just clicked. Now that he's on the move we've really got to keep our eyes on him!!!
