I gave Jack some really yummy broccoli cheese soup the other day (from Banana Cabana) and let him try and feed himself. He used these stick like things instead of a spoon. Abby used them at first when she was little before graduating to the spoon. Anyway, Jack seemed to really enjoy this new concept that he can feed himself with a
utensil. He always loves this soup (we all do) so after a while he got impatient and wanted me to feed him with a spoon. That way it could get into his mouth faster!

Jack did a good job... and not too messy. I only put a very little amount in the bowl at one time. A Mom trick I do until they get less messy.
